Ultra RARE 1984 CLARK GABLE Royal Doulton Character Toby Jug Mug from The Celebrity Collection #D6709 of the famous Gone With The Wind Actor is Hand Painted Porcelain made in England. Approval was denied by The Clark Gable Estate to distribute this character jug, so only about 100 or less of these jugs, designed by Royal Doulton artist Stanley J. Taylor, are known to exist. Gable is depicted with his signature smile and the handle of the jug is an Old Hollywood movie camera with film wrapped around. The bottom has his facsimile signature with a quote of his famous last line from Gone With The Wind. Collectible jug mug measures approximately 7″h x 5.5″w at bottom. Clark is in Very Excellent to condition with no damage. Colors are nice and bright. There is some glare on our photos due to the high gloss glaze. Clark has been in our Gone With The Wind Collection for about 20 years. Comes from a smoke-free home.
