A very appealing large Edwardian art nouveau Royal Doulton jug with a delightful landscape design, evidently influenced by the Pre Raphaelite art movement. Has the Doulton logo on the base which gives it the manufacture date of 1901 – 1922. Has some crazing which is to be expected. There is also a small chip to the side of the handle (see last photo) but otherwise, in excellent condition. Measurements: 16 cm across the girth and just over 31 cm high.
