Royal Doulton Toby Jug. CLIFF CORNELL – DARK BLUE COLOURWAY. Height: 5 1/2, 14cm. Commissioned by American industrialist Cliff Cornell as gifts for his friends and associates. It is thought that circa 375 of this small size jug were produced in the dark blue colourway. He was a great admirer of Winston Churchill hence the design similarity to Royal Doulton’s popular Churchill Toby Jug. No chips, cracks or restoration.
