D6609 large size jug standing 18.4cm At the start of production of the Trapper jug in 1967 a few large and medium sized jugs at the Doulton factory had the snowshoe painted black but they stopped doing this because it was very time consuming. All paintwork is original and underneath the glaze. This very rare jug comes in excellent condition with no chips cracks crazing or restoration.
