Very Rare Antique Captain Hook D6601. Royal Doulton Character Jug, Captain Hook Old (Bone China) D6601 (blue tricorn trimmed with yellow; green coat trimmed with yellow; white ruffles at the neck). Designed by Max Henk and David B. Biggs, issued 1965 1971. Size: 4H (small) Captain Hook is the nemesis of Peter Pan in J. Peter Pan cut off Hooks hand and fed it to a crocodile, who liked it so much he followed the Captain around in hopes of eating the rest of him. Hook managed to keep eluding his predator because the crocodile had accidentally swallowed a clock that ticked inside him and ruined the element of surprise.
