Base stamped with Doulton Lambeth backstamp dated 1874, and signed by HANNAH BARLOW. 9 3/4 tall, approx. 3 wide at the base, & approx. 5 at widest point. This horses & dog jug is beautiful. Hannah Barlow is probably the most famous member of the family that between them produced some of the finest decorative works ever produced by Doultons. Hannah joined Doulton in 1871 after doing freelance work for them previously and she stayed for 42 years until 1913. This horses and dog jug is a beautiful example of her highly sought after work. This Antique Doulton Lambeth Jug by HANNAH BARLOW is in excellent used antique condition. There are no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see. Please look at all the photos for condition.
