A Rare and beautiful vintage pottery pitcher by Doulton Lambert featuring stars and stripes, two American Flags and a wonderful Motto/Proverb. It Measures 7 High by 6 Wide including handle. It is in Very Good Condition, no chips, no cracks, minor surface line on surface at bottom of handle, minor glaze misses on bottom edge which have the glaze over. Photo are part of description, enlarge to view. There is a buff background with dark brown trim, floral borders, ribbing on handle. Bottom is marked Doulton Lambert England 6194. Motto or proverb reads. Our Fathers God, to Thee, Author of Liberty, To Thee we sing, Long may our land be bright, With Freedoms holy light; Protect us by the might, Great God, our King.
