Hi there, and thank you for taking the time to examine this Royal Doulton figurine. My father was a life-long collector of all things Royal Doulton dating back to the 60’s. Over the years his collection would grow by either purchasing brand new items himself or by receiving them from his friends and family as gifts. After his passing in July of last year I’ve chosen to keep a few very rare items for myself. As for the rest, the longer we keep them and move around the country, more and more will become broken during the moves. My father didn’t retain any damaged pieces as he felt doing so would devalue the entire collection. George D 7129 in perfect condition. As noted in the title, this is #610 of only 2500 produced. It’s always interesting and noteworthy seeing the original price tag on the bottom of the figurine or jug. So this finds a new home before we move again, I’m pricing this to sell which is quite a bit below what it goes for on the open market.
