Biggs and produced by Royal Doulton of Burslem, England, in a 1994 limited edition of 1,500. A lamp, ghost and tassel form the handle of this jug. This mysterious character comes originally from Aladdin and the Wonderful Lamp, one of many tales told in the Arabian Nights. Aladdin, a poor tailor’s son, is tricked by a wicked magician into fetching a treasure from within a mountain. The treasure is an old lamp that houses the mystical genie. Double-crossing the magician, Aladdin keeps the lamp and uses the genie’s power to rise to wealth and fame. The jug will be securely wrapped and packed, and a full guarantee is given on all sales.
