Three Doulton Lambeth stoneware jugs. Issued in 1897 to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee (60 years) of Queen Victorias Rein there are two panels on each jug showing the Young & Old Queen. I have three sizes in this set 9” by 7” spout to handle, 7” by 6 1/4” spout to handle & lastly 6” by 5” spout to handle. The largest is hard to find & does not come up very often. These are all free from restoration but the smallest has a chip to the rim as pictured. This commemorative pitcher stands 7-1/2″ tall and is 3-1/2″ across the spout/opening on top. 3-3/4 across the base. This slipware pitcher commemorated the 60th year of Queen Victoria’s reign. SEE ALL PHOTOS AS THEY ARE CONSIDERED PART OF DESCRIPTION. I’ve owned this pitcher for decades and it’s been safely stored in my china cabinet……….. Inside is a very helpful article from The Antique Trader explaining what this pitcher commemorated…………… Looks to be in excellent condition with NO damage nor any repairs though there is some dirt inside the bottom and I suspect someone did use it as a pitcher once or twice………. Not me, but over this many years it’s hard to tell what or where someone had it. I have on offer a pair of Royal Doulton small character jugs measuring 4” high…. Queen Victoria D7072 & Prince Albert D7073. Produced in 1997 by Lawleys by Post in a limited edition of 2,500 pairs to commemorate the marriage of Prince Albert & Queen Victoria in 1840, these are numbered 471 of that edition. These are in good original condition without damage or restoration. I use many companies so I will try to get the best service at the right price for you. There are several ways of posting parcels overseas. Weights exceeding 2 kilos will have to be sent using a courier. I would also use this service for higher value goods. Parcels under this weight are obviously cheaper than this. These prices will not apply to the UK, Asia or Europe. I have found the service unreliable & very slow.
