Signed by Barbara Vernon, the Original Bunnykins Artist. 1940’s Royal Doulton, Bunnykins (Casino Shape) 4″ Round, 10 oz Jug “Family Washday. Rare Piece Signed by Barbara Vernon, the Original Bunnykins Artist. Very Hard to find, an important piece for any collection. The Jug was not made when the manufacturing of the Bunnykins line started again after WW2. The Original Royal Doulton Bunnykins red and tan Backstamp with the quotation marks around the Bunnykins name on the bottom and an immpression stamp “42”. The front design is a scene of a Bunny House with a clothes line running to a post. A Mom and Dad ready to hang more laundry with three young bunnies hopping around making it “Family Washday”. The rear art is two teenage Bunnies playing leap frog. The piece is signed by the original Artist of Bunnykins, Barbara Vernon. The Jug is in Great Condition with no notable damage or defects.
