This FABULOUS “Character JUG” was MADE in ENGLAND by “ROYAL DOULTON” and of course, their QUALITY is SECOND to NONE — this one is called “SHAKESPEARE” — it was MADE in 1999 — the D number 7136 — about 7 1/2 inches HIGH — this was the “CHARACTER JUG of the YEAR” for 1999 — this one is HARDER to find because many people like collecting ONLY the Yearly “Character Jugs” so it is one of the more HIGHER-priced ones — with the ORIGINAL “COA” (Certificate of Authenticity) — It is in EXCELLENT condition with no damage noted — See my other auctions for OTHER ROYAL DOULTON ITEMS — — WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURE IS WHAT YOU GET!! LASTLY, the MAJORITY of the items I sell are either ANTIQUES or USED MERCHANDISE, do not EXPECT antiques or used merchandise to be “out-of-the-box” brand new and perfect items. If I say they are new and perfect, they are!! Otherwise, they are USED ANTIQUES or USED merchandise!!
