Late 1800s John Dewar & Sons Promotional Whiskey Jug created by Doulton Lambeth England, who we know today as Royal Doulton. They were not given consent from the King to use the word Royal in their name until 1901. With the addition of The Rd # and the model 8012, we can put this late 1870s, possibly 1880s. This piece is just in amazing condition considering it’s age.
