1930’s BUNNYKINS SERIES WARE. Early Royal Doulton Barbara Vernon Bunnykins part service comprising a 13cm tea pot with cover, 14cm milk jug, 6.5cm sugar bowl and a 7.5cm tea cup. Decorated with To the Camp and To the Ball scenes. Circa 1937 Doulton/Bunnykins factory stamp to bases. In good overall condition. Chip to tea pot spout and hairline to rim. Hairline to rim of milk jug. Please refer to photos to make your own analysis of condition. A fine addition to your collection. Owner Phil is a member of the Antiques Young Guns (AYG) and has antiques experience through his time working at Surrey auctioneer firms. The bowtie is navy blue, without white dots. Excellent condition, no chips, cracks, crazing or restoration. Prototype backstamp as shown in photo. Height: 7 inches high. Blue Children Tapering Cylindrical Jugs/Vases with gilded fluted mouth and singular stylized handles. Beautifully painted outdoor scenes: 1. Woman sheltering child in the snow, 2. Woman playing guitar by a lake. Circa 1880’s to 1900. 9 ½ tall and 3 1/8 wide. Green Doulton mark on bottoms. Some gilt wear, one very small chip on underside bottom. Condition is very good+. No cracks or chips. Royal blue color on top half of jug is shiny and vivid. Bottom half steamship pictures and advertising are clear and easy to read. Those dark blue spots that you see in the pictures are from the light in the room and they are not there – the 3rd and the 5th picture looks like a rough spot on the blue, those are from the light and are not there. I tried to take many good pictures of this. Nice Royal Doulton mark on bottom. Approximately 6 inches tall and 5 ½ inches in diameter in the middle. A very nice crockery jug.
