This Jug is the UNUSUAL WHITE GLOSS version Only produced very few for 5 years between 1934 – 1939. This is a chance to own a HARD TO FIND Character jug This jug of John Barleycorn is Charles Nokes personalisation of Barley, the grain source of malt liquor & was first created by him in 1934 so not only is this a hard piece to find. Beautiful condition, no damage.

They were not given consent from the King to use the word Royal in their name until 1901. With the addition of The Rd # and the model 8012, we can put this late 1870s, possibly 1880s. This piece is just in amazing condition considering it’s age.
